At 90be, we aim to deliver exceptional event experiences. Due to the nature of event planning and advance bookings, our return and refund policy follows specific conditions outlined below.
1. General Policy
Event services, reservations, and bookings are non-returnable once confirmed, as preparations, vendor commitments, and production planning begin immediately.
2. Deposits & Payments
All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
Final payments are required before event execution and are non-refundable once services are prepared or delivered.
3. Event Cancellations by Client
If a client cancels an event:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refund eligibility depends on the event timeline, supplier commitments, and incurred costs.
Costs already paid to venues, vendors, entertainers, or suppliers are non-refundable.
Partial refunds may be considered only if expenses have not yet been incurred.
4. Event Rescheduling
If an event is postponed, 90be will attempt to transfer payments to the new date, subject to venue and supplier availability.
Additional fees may apply if pricing, logistics, or vendor costs change.
5. Force Majeure & Uncontrollable Events
Refunds will not be guaranteed in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, security concerns, or events beyond our control.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
6. Service Issues & Complaints
If there is a concern regarding service quality, clients must notify 90be within 48 hours after the event.
Refunds or compensations, if applicable, will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
7. Third Party Vendors
Refunds for third party services such as venues, catering, performers, or accommodations are subject to each vendor’s individual refund policy.
90be is not responsible for vendor-imposed non-refundable fees.
8. Digital Products & Tickets (If Applicable)
Digital tickets, promotional offers, and event passes are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
9. Policy Updates
90be reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
