90be is an event planning and experience company based in Lebanon, providing event design, production, hosting, and management services for private, corporate, and luxury events.
2. Services & Scope
Our services include event planning, concept creation, production, décor, entertainment coordination, hosting, and on-site management. The final scope of work is defined in each client’s approved proposal or agreement.
3. Bookings & Confirmations
Event bookings are confirmed only after written approval of the proposal and receipt of the required deposit. Availability of venues, performers, suppliers, and dates is subject to confirmation.
4. Payments & Pricing
All pricing is provided in USD unless stated otherwise.
Payments may require a deposit followed by milestone or final payments before event execution.
Late payments may result in service delays, cancellation, or additional fees.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.
Refunds, if applicable, depend on supplier commitments, production progress, and incurred costs.
6. Changes & Revisions
Any changes to event details, scope, guest count, or deliverables must be communicated in writing and may affect pricing, timelines, and feasibility.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, timely approvals, and required permits if applicable.
90be is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or late approvals.
8. Liability & Force Majeure
90be is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather conditions, government restrictions, supplier issues, or force majeure events.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of the services contracted.
9. Vendors & Third Parties
90be may collaborate with third-party vendors such as venues, caterers, performers, and technical suppliers. While we manage coordination, we are not responsible for their independent actions or failures.
10. Intellectual Property
All creative materials, concepts, visuals, and content developed by 90be remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
90be reserves the right to use event visuals for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests confidentiality.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Client data is used only for communication, service delivery, and internal business purposes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Lebanese courts.
13. Updates to Terms
90be reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
